This included a Via Cabin for two sleeper, valued at $2000, courtesy of Via Rail Canada. All the money from the proceeds will be going to the Light in the Tunnel Program of Parade of Nations towards activities of a group for individuals or one specific individual with special needs for additional information on activities "the sky is the limit" or donations towards specific ativities visit www.paradeofnations.com under charity.

For each country we need appetizers, soups, salads, entrées (fish, meat and vegetarian), desert and beverages. In addition to your name, if you wish, you can also submit your picture to be included in the cook book under the flag of the country. Please note that some of the countries no longer exist but are part of our genetic make up. For hard to find ingredients, please provide the location where these ingredient can be purchased.
