The group Cornwall Clarpian Duo, recently launched a second album: Songs to Remember. Raymond Lacroix, clarinet and Vivianne Panizzon, piano, wanted to bring up to date, precious tunes of our French heritage. Prepare something that will make you want to relax and jigging!

"These are traditional songs of the Francophonie that relate to the story
our ancestors like the song Let the sea is beautiful. Our directory will join
everyone. Everyone will recognize, for example, Memories of an old man "
says Lacroix. "The goal of this album is to keep alive our directory French songs. We have just launched our album and we have already received a request for an English school for a show soon to tell them a part of our history, "adds Panizzon. Clarpian Duo was formed in 2006 with the Theatre of the amalgam. They produced two albums to date: Musical Imagery of St. Lawrence (2009) and Songs to Remember (2011). Both professionals and former music teachers musicians play music with Clarpian Duo simply for pleasure. "We want to serve first, Francophones, but also all the people and all the organizations in the region. We do shows of all kinds and all types of events, and this voluntarily, "said Raymond Lacroix.
